Here are some hotels in Lenoir, Hickory, Morganton, and Marion.  Hickory and Morganton are each about a half hour from the venue.  Morganton is about 20-30 minutes from our house while Hickory is about 45 minutes from our house. The venue is about an hour from our house.  
 These areas have more things to do around them, as well as restaurants.  Marion is the town we live in.  
The hotels listed are ones that have better reviews in the area.
