The venue is on a 15-acre farm. You must walk a little from the parking to the ceremony/reception area on grass. Heels could be difficult or uncomfortable during that short walk. As long as weather permits, the ceremony will be outside. The reception area is covered but open. They are doing some additions, so it may be different when the wedding occurs. The ceremony and reception are literally right next to each other.

We still have the cruise planned. There are several excursions listed if you would like to help cover some of those expenses. There are also a few other things mentioned.
