Shuttle Transportation
Since there is no parking available at the venue and to ensure an on-time arrival, we have arranged transportation for all guests.
For guests staying at the Embassy Suites only, a trolley will pick up in front of the hotel and depart at 3:45 PM to take you to the wedding venue.

Trolley will pick up from the venue at 10pm and 12am. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
February is peak season in Sarasota, which may increase traffic and travel times. To avoid delays, we strongly encourage guests to use the trolleys departing from the hotels
