FAQs

The Wedding Website of Gracie Martin and Brady Martin
Please reference this page before reaching out to the bride or groom with any questions.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is required. Black tie attire is preferred, but entirely optional. We are kindly requiring guests to wear all black attire - from the hats on your heads to the shoes on your feet. For men, a black dress shirt, black formal suit, black tie, and black dress shoes are required. You can upgrade your attire to an all-black tuxedo or patterned fabrics if you desire. For women, a black floor length dress or pantsuit, along with black shoes are required. You can upgrade your attire to include sparkles, sequins, patterned fabrics, or dramatic flare if you desire. Overall, you should dress to impress (in all black)! Silver or gold accents are permitted for jewelry, shoes, cufflinks, etc.

Question

What kind of event is this?

Answer

This is a formal event, hence a required formal dress code. However, we want to give our guests to option to show up and show out if they would like! A tuxedo is not required, nor is a luxurious ballgown. But, if you have one sitting in your closet, we want to give you the excuse to bring it out of retirement! Now, this may be a formal event, but don't think for one second we won't be having a good time. Bring your energy and good vibes - we are here to celebrate!

Question

How and when should I rsvp?

Answer

RSVP's are due no later than Wednesday, April first, Two Thousand Twenty-Six. You can do so by clicking the "RSVP" tab on our website and entering your name.

Question

What happens if I don't rsvp in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by April first, you will be marked as "declined with regret". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and caterer in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We are very sorry to hear that you won't be celebrating with us. Please make sure to let us know by clicking on the "RSVP" tab on our website, typing in your name, and making the proper selection. The sooner you can let us know, the better.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue includes a large parking lot that is only a two minute walk away from the estate. The walk is paved and flat. Those with mobility issues (or who simply do not want to walk!) may be dropped off at the estate by their driver for ease.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at four o'clock in the afternoon, so we kindly request that you arrive anytime between three o'clock in the afternoon and forty-five minutes past three o'clock in the afternoon. We will have welcome champagne being served for all of our guests over 21 years of age in this timeframe.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from using their phones and instead soak in the moment with us. We have paid a fabulous photo and video team to be here and capture our big day, and they do not need your help. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take any photos or videos you would like. However, we invite you to enjoy the evening with us screen-free to soak in the memories and celebration.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, if a plus one is not listed on your invitation then you are not permitted to bring one.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely. If you have any questions pertaining to your little ones, don't hesitate to ask!

Question

Are there any travel accomodations?

Answer

Due to having minimal long-range guests, we will not be arranging for any hotel blocks or shuttle service. Should you wish to reserve a hotel room or transportation, you can view the 'travel' section of our website for further information.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us of any food allergies when RSVP'ing and we will make special accomodations for you.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Get ready to celebrate!

Question

Who should I contact if I have a question the week or day of the wedding?

Answer

Anyone BUT the bride and groom... Day-Of Coordinator information will be provided at a later date.
