Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway

We encourage guests to take advantage of the hotel block we've secured with The Comfort Inn in Evergreen. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel, asking for "reservations," and requesting the Parsons-Stepan group. There is a two-night minimum required for the block. We've secured the booking discount for Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 11. You're welcome to opt for Friday and Saturday instead, however you won't be able to use the discount for the second night of your stay. As of June, there are still several rooms available in our hotel block. Make sure to book your reservation by calling the hotel; the room blocked can't be booked via online. The deadline to make your reservation is 9/10/24. Please reach out to Brady or I with any questions or if we need to expand the block size. Additional Lodging Options

Additional lodging options in Evergreen include Airbnb and Vrbo rentals. We recommend looking in the Evergreen area, and neighboring towns like Kittredge, Morrison, or Golden. You might also opt to stay in Denver. Just note that Denver is about 35-40 minutes away from Evergreen. Evergreen is also home to many bed and breakfasts or cabin rentals. We'd recommend checking out Highland Haven Creekside Inn, Alpen Way Chalet Mountain Lodge, Colorado Bear Creek Cabins, and more.

Transportation

Evergreen is 35-40 minutes from Denver. There are three ways to get to Evergreen from Denver. Option 1) a rental car could be a good option with flexibility to get around. Option 2) is rideshares, which are estimated to cost $75-90. Option 3) you can take an Amtrak from Denver Union Station to Union Square, where you'll switch to an RTD bus for the remainder of the journey. You can learn more about this option in the link.
