CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WHATS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We want you to feel comfortable - the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be held in a heated tent so please plan accordingly with the weather and shoe choices. We do ask that guests leave their ball caps at home. Cowboy hats are (of course) a fine alternative.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

September in Colorado is beautiful - but it's also unpredictable. Please keep an eye out on your weather app closer to our wedding date. We will keep everyone updated if something were to happen where we needed to change the locations of our ceremony or reception. USUALLY the weather is warm days and cooler nights this time of year.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

If you plan to use the shuttle service provided, please board the bus from your hotel NO LATER than 3:15pm as our ceremony will begin at four. If you plan to drive to the venue on your own please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to 4pm so that we can get you parked and seated before our ceremony begins.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR QUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECCOMEND I STAY?

Answer

We do have a hotel block for our guests open on BOTH Friday and Saturday night for those traveling from out of town. The group name is Boone/Pritchett wedding and the rates are $150 a night. Also, we will have shuttle services from this hotel ONLY. This is our preferred location for you to stay for the duration of your trip. We have chosen a hotel as close to our venue as possible and made arrangements accordingly. Booking your hotel sooner than later will help ensure we will have space left in our hotel block! WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

Answer

We are asking guests to RSVP on or before August 1st, 2019. Our room block closes August 21st and we want to ensure those who plan to attend can access the room rate if interested. Please RSVP online or call us directly!

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you refrain from ALL photos during our ceremony. We have a large guest list and only two photographers to try and capture these key moments. We are also not doing our first look until we walk down the isle - so we want the perfect photo at this time. Please tag your photo with our wedding hashtag #gonnabeaBAwedding or #hitchintoapritchett so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
