When is the RSVP deadline?

Can I bring a date that was not addressed on the invite?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra guests due to our budget and limited space. We can only allow the guests addressed on the invitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! We love your little ones and welcome them openly if you wish for them to come! Please keep in mind that your children will need to be under adult supervision at all times.

Can I leave my car?

Yes, you can. However, it will have to be moved before 12pm on 10/05

Is this space handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes it is! Everything is flat or has a ramp! If you need additional help, they do offer golf cart service.

What is Fall Cocktail Attire?

Answer

Fall Cocktail attire is a balance between semi-formal and casual. Slacks, dress shirts, ties, floral/colorful dresses, or jumpsuits are preferred!

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Our ceremony will hopefully be outdoors! The party will be both inside and outside, weather permitting.

There will be a BBQ Buffet during our reception. For those that are coming later, there will be some snacks!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

When you RSVP and are attending the dinner portion, you will be asked what your restrictions are so we can do our best to accommodate!

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Our venue has a designated smoking area. Please be sure to use this space only.

Will there be transportation options?

Answer

Yes! We would love for everyone to have a good time, so we have made accommodations for you to get a ride back to the Holiday hotel! There is limited parking space at the venue, so we do ask that you consider carpooling if possible.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, we will have bartending services. It will be a cash bar for alcoholic drinks. Water, sodas, and kid beverages are free.
