On this fateful day, Brad flew to SoCal to meet up with some of his besties at Dreamstate, a trance music festival known for its friendly attendees, colorful outfits, and welcoming atmosphere. He expected nothing more than a fun weekend with his close friends, but the universe had other plans! Little did he know he’d end up meeting the love of his life that weekend. The two danced and bonded over their shared love of music, and from that moment on, they stayed in daily contact and found every excuse to keep seeing each other in person, despite living over 500 miles apart. A year and a half later, Sam took a leap of faith and moved from San Jose, California to Vancouver, Washington to live with Brad. Since then, they’ve built the coziest little world together, complete with two adorable kitties (Onyx and Opal), fifteen fish, fifty coral, and roughly a hundred indoor plants. With plenty of birds and rabbits visible right outside their living room window, basically an animal sanctuary filled with love.
