We haven't been here yet, but everyone tells us it's amazing. Note, this place is cash only and BYO.
We went here right after our tour of the Chalfonte hotel with the Bradley parents. Everyone got a lobster roll besides Alyssa, who of course, decided on a crab roll instead. Such a great meal, huge portions, and a great atmosphere.
The Lobster House is THE place to get great seafood in Cape May! You will not be disappointed. In fact, we briefly considered hosting our wedding here, that's how good the food is.
Don't miss your chance to visit the Cape May Lighthouse, where you can climb to the top for panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay. Heights not your thing? No worries, the surrounding state park offers some amazing nature trails and bird-watching opportunities. You'll probably catch us exploring the trails at some point during the weekend.
This charming pedestrian mall features a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's an ideal spot for guests to explore local boutiques, enjoy a meal, or simply stroll and take in the historic ambiance of downtown Cape May.
You want our opinion? The best thing to do in Cape May is to meander. There are so many incredible Victorian homes to oogle as you walk these charming streets. But don't worry, you'll never be lost so long as you can find your way back to the ocean.
