Where to Stay & How to Get There We are looking forward to celebrating our special day with you. To ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible, we have arranged a block of rooms and guest transportation for the wedding festivities. Guest Accommodations A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn Elliot Lake. We have secured a promotional rate of $195 per night (plus tax) for our guests. Booking Requirement: A minimum stay of two nights is required to access the group rate. How to Reserve Please note that the hotel’s online system is unable to process the wedding block discount. To secure the promotional pricing, please call the hotel directly at 705-848-4004 and request the Matheson/Raposo Wedding Block. Amenities: Your stay includes a complimentary hot breakfast, free parking, high-speed WiFi, and access to the indoor pool and fitness center. Non-smoking rooms are available. To allow our guests to celebrate freely and due to limited parking at the family residence, we have arranged a shuttle service between the Hampton Inn and our wedding venue on Dunlop Shores Road. Departure to Ceremony: The shuttle will depart from the Hampton Inn promptly at 8:45 AM on August 1st. Return to Hotel: A return shuttle will depart the wedding for the hotel at 12:30 AM. Special Requests Should you require a return to the hotel earlier than the scheduled 12:30 AM departure, please let us know. We are happy to ensure that your transportation is personally coordinated so you can enjoy the day fully.
