A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. The bus will depart from Embassy Suites at 4:00 pm prior to the ceremony. To avoid interruptions, late arrivals will be asked to wait in the lobby until after the ceremony has ended. Note: Although the shuttle will depart from the Embassy lobby, guests staying at neighboring hotels will still have access and are welcome to use the shuttle - The Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn and the Courtyards all share a common parking lot.
