Will we be outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside* (weather permitting). Dinner and dancing will be indoors. *Accessibility Information: There is a short walk on a paved path from the building to the ceremony site. The ceremony itself is on the lawn. Golf car transportation from the building to the ceremony site is available for those with mobility limitations.

Transportation & Parking

Answer

We will have a shuttle departing from the Embassy Suites at 4:00 pm. Shuttle starts boarding at 3:45 pm.* Doors open at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:45 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. To avoid interruptions, late arrivals will be asked to wait in the lobby until after the ceremony has ended. Ample parking is also available at the venue. Any guests who would like to leave their vehicle overnight are welcome to.** *Guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and the Courtyard by Mariott are also able to access this shuttle as they share a common parking lot. **Overnight vehicles must be registered with Fishermen's Inn security at the front desk and must be removed by 10:00 am the next morning. Any vehicles left later than 10:00 am will risk being towed at the owner's expense.

Formal attire - long dresses for ladies and long pants and jackets with ties for men.
