COVID PRECAUTIONS

To Our Dearest Friends and Family, We are excited to be able to continue with out wedding on out original date! We wanted to inform everyone that our venue is taking many detailed precautions to ensure the safest event possible for all those that we we love. We want to express our level of respect and understanding to those who do not feel they are able to be with us in person on our big day. Your health and safety are of most importance to us, and we would be more than happy to find a day in the COVID-free future to meet and celebrate individually with you. The love that we have felt from each and every one of you has helped bring us to the point where we are today. Whether you are able to celebrate with us in-person or via video, we know your love will carry us through these next chapters of out life together. We are so thankful for each of you! All of Our Love, The Future Mr. and Mrs. Shannon.
Question

Are you requiring masks?

Answer

Per Minnesota State mandate masks will be required for all guests when not actively eating or drinking. Masks will be provided for those who do not have one and guest are encouraged to wear their own. Most creative mask will receive a special gift from the couple, so be creative!!!

Question

Will there be Social Distancing?

Answer

We are providing each guest with a color coded button to help with the awkwardness of social distancing! A red button indicates that you are keeping your distance from others. A yellow button indicates you are being cautious. A green button indicates you are open for hi-fives and are practicing frequent hand washing.

Question

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting (it is October in MN), our plan A is to have our ceremony outside. Dinner will be held inside and tables will be spaced out to allow for social distancing, as well as the number of guests sitting at each table will be reduced.

Question

What is the caterer and venue preparedness plan?

Answer

The caterer and venue have taken extensive precautions and are continually updating their safety procedures. We feel very confident in the measures they have put in place. Staff is continually screened, staff is required to wear masks and gloves, one staff member with masks and gloves, will serve dinner and dessert, and many other precautions as directed by the State of Minnesota.

Question

What about hand sanitizer?

Answer

We will be providing hand sanitizer throughout the venue. We highly encourage guests to wash their hands as often as possible!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Any other questions?

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to Brady or Emma if you have anymore questions! We would be happy to chat with you.

For all the days along the way
