If you are wanting an off-road adventure during your stay, take a scenic drive to the Pinal Mountains. The road turns and climbs, then descends, twists and turns again in this neck of the woods, and there will be moments when you won’t be able to anticipate what’s over the next ridge or beyond the next curve. You’ll appreciate the pretty recreation area it runs through, rich with pines, sycamores and oaks. If you are lucky, you will see a running creek and beautiful wildlife.
