Cadenet sits on the southern edge of the Luberon, making it a great base for exploring Provence. Our venue is just a short drive from Lourmarin (considered one of the most beautiful villages in France), the larger towns of Pertuis, Aix-en-Provence and Cavaillon and villages including Bonnieux, Gordes, and Cucuron. To help you find the perfect accommodation, we’ve compiled a list of hotels nearby. Additionally, this area of Provence offers a variety of B&Bs, apartments, guesthouses, and gîtes. We recommend exploring options in Cadenet, Lourmarin, Pertuis , Cavaillon, Cucuron, Aix-en-Provence and Bonnieux for the Wedding Weekend. Airbnb and Booking.com are great resources to find private guesthouse accommodation. We know lots of you will be extending your visit to France pre or post the Wedding, so we have outlined some of our favourite things to do and visit in the South of France. If you need any assistance or further recommendations, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

things to do

If you're extending your stay after the wedding, there are plenty of beautiful places to explore. In Provence, you’ll find charming hilltop villages like Gordes, Roussillon, and Lourmarin, each with its own unique character, markets, and stunning landscapes. The historic cities of Avignon and Aix-en-Provence offer a mix of culture and history while Arles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence are perfect for exploring Roman ruins and Van Gogh’s inspirations. For those who love nature, Cassis and the Calanques National Park boast breathtaking coastal hikes. The French Riviera is just a few hours away. Nice, with its vibrant Old Town is a great base for exploring the region. Nearby, the medieval village of Èze offers stunning views, while Antibes and Juan-les-Pins have beautiful beaches. If you're looking for a classic Riviera experience, Monaco, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez offer a mix of history and luxury.
