Picture it two girls start chatting in first grade and become best friends for life. They each get married and start their families. They each have a little girl and they are forced to become best friends. It just happens to work out and here we are 32 years later! Sarah and Jana have been through EVERYTHING together. From first crushes, to weddings. They spent many years in different schools, but college brought them to the same great town of Morgantown where their friendship became tighter than ever. Nothing including a pandemic would stop these two. Now a momma, Sarah has a new girl in her life. But listen here little one, Jana will always be the first best friend! Can't find us? Rachel

A clarinet player and an oboe player walk into a room. No joke here, just how this duo started. Marching band circa 2022. Rachel and Jana find out some very fun tid bits. They live blocks away from each other and their phone numbers are the same numbers just switched around. Rachel was and still is Janas calming voice. The one who talks her off of most ledges. (Not all, we are the babies of the family!) Rachel is Jana's first world problem companion, when we need to complain about something very trivial, yet to us is MAJOR. Like when Rachel can't find the certain ingredient to make her perfect dinner or when Jana has to pump her own gas. Its a struggle to be us sometimes! Can't find us? Laura

This friendship was a FANTASY waiting to happen. When this Scottish girl became Jana’s roommate in 2012 on the Disney Fantasy there was an instant connection. We were determined to live out our best Ariel Sea life adventures complete with beach days, snorkeling and of course Margaritas, what can I say we were in Mexico every other week! From ship life to shore life and oceans away Laura and Jana never left distance play a role in their friendship. When adventure calls Jana and Laura always try to check in and see if the other can come along. While Laura has made it to quiet a few places in the U.S. Jana still needs to get to Scotland to see all the things! (Honeymoon maybe?!) Can’t find us? Jessica (aka Bramer)

“Do you care if I take over?” A friendship built on Jana being a control freak and taking over a rehearsal for Jessica’s musical. This friendship was built on the need for a friend in the right place at the right time. From someone to help chaperone theatre trips to a friend that would watch each other’s children (furry children that is!) Jessica and Jana’s friendship has blossomed into so much more than I am sure either ever thought. Jessica’s is Jana’s right hand man in the craft world and in learning how to be a hockey fan. Can’t find us? Is hobby lobby having a sale or are the Blues playing the Devils?!

Shawnna

Marshall county girls at the heart of it all! Shawna and Jana date all the way back to school day kiddos. But in good Oglebay fashion, we have it to blame for our kindred friendship! Charter buses 2014 and forward we have been side by side through some awesome work life adventures. Can’t find us? Check in the booth at zoo or maybe find Shawnna trying to fix the train while Jana makes some kind of decoration for her. True story though, Shawnna is one of our match makers! Jana begged for help and Shawnna sent Brad from the pretzel cart to help Valet!

Erica (aka Rekka)

Jana and Rekka have only known each other since 2018 when Rekka welcomed Jana into the Admin Offices of the DLCC in a dress covered in popsicles. It was at that moment Jana knew they had to become besties. An instant friendship grew and then a COVID trapped us away from each other (or so it tried!) It was thanks to covid that Jana and Erica bought houses at the same time and became ultimate unemployed housewives for 18 months. Who knew that a pandemic could create a bond that will last forever. CJ

Friends since birth. Literally. Since ya know they are brothers. Current Fantasy League Champion, CJ and Brad battled their sports not just digitally but also on the fields. Growing up you could find them playing baseball or throwing it down at the Blowing Alley. Now, if you see them together its best to assume they are watching the latest and greatest Tik Toks or swapping Pokemon! Rule of thumb when hanging out with CJ: Don't touch his toast!

Topher

As far as Brads brain can remember Topher has been in the picture. Now, this wasn't always the best picture. Barb can tell some great stories of Topher getting in trouble at the Mitchell house as they grew up. If one had to put a title on Topher it might be the class trouble maker, but thats what makes him the best friend! Rule of thumb when hanging out with Topher: Provide all meals in plastic bags

TJ

An OG friend, this kid has been in Brads life since birth. The go to IT Genius of the crew and the one you call when you need to know if you have a lemon for a car. TJ may not be the loudest of the crew, but he sure does know how to get everyone laughing. Rule of thumb when hanging out with TJ: Never trust his golf score!

Mike

Mike joined the crew in middle school. Literally and figuratively the teacher of the crew. Need to know something in the news from 5 different sources? Maybe need your grammar checked? How about a religious question. Mike is the go too for that crew. But don't worry, he also has an adventurous side. When he isn't teaching the future leaders of tomorrow Mike can be found hiking or at any local festival. Rule of thumb when hanging out with Mike: Never make him drink water while playing corn hole

Sella

Sella joined this wild crew in college. Thanks to club Hockey this sports fan became instant friends with Brad. Not often do you find another Nationals Fan in Wheeling! While these two have many memories they might not remember one they will never forget is cheering their boys to victory from the stands when the Nats Won the NLCS Title! Rule of thumb when hanging out with Sella: Always pack your own coffee creamer

Henry

Another Friend they found in College. Who knew he was only a few miles up route 7 the whole time. This two was the best Tandem D Line WJU ever saw. They had a solid foundation as long as the blue line wasn't tripping them up! Another sports fan and hockey teammate, Henry is most often found watching OSU football or the Detroit Red Wings any chance he is given. Rule of thumb when hanging out with Henry: Never leave your bulletin board unattended

This girl is taking her sister of the bride role to the next level! Jana and Kara were the perfect 5 year age gap growing up, but Jana followed best should could in those big foot steps Kara left for her. The big sister with all the awesome advice on school, food and boys. Mostly math though. Kara tried really hard to get Jana skilled at math. Can’t find Jana and Kara. Fear not. They are at Disney. Like always!
