To get to this location from the Westin, walk across the connecting walk way and take the elevator to the ballroom level, once you are there you will take a left and then turn right down the pedestrian walk way, at the end of the walkway you will take a left and follow it down to the overlook. From the East Lobby: Take the elevator to level Three. Take a right off the elevator and follow the river to the overlook. From the garage: take the elevator to the ballroom level, once you are there you will take a left and then turn right down the pedestrian walk way, at the end of the walkway you will take a left and follow it down to the overlook.
