When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 16th.

What is on the menu?

Answer

Pulled pork, mac n' cheese, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, and cole slaw. There will be snacks available before and after dinner. We will also have a cookie table. Take a bag of cookies home as our gift to you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yep! Just let us know on your RSVP and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon. Click on the "Registry" tab at the top of the page, then click on "see registry" next to the store you want to look at. The closest locations for Bed Bath and Beyond are Altoona and Johnstown. You can also shop online.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to an already over-flowing guest list, we have specified how many seats you or your household will have reserved on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love kids! There are many kids in our families and our friends' families. Once again, we included your kids in the number of seats we reserved for your family. Since room in the reception hall is limited and we can't really fit anything extra for kids, it may be a good idea to bring something to occupy them if they get bored. Also, there is a big playground outside of the hall that they are free to use.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m., so guests should aim to arrive before 3:20 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking at both places. There are parking lots at the church that can be used. As for the hall, the parking lots fill up fast. Once they are full, guests can park along the side street near the hall and in the grass field behind the playground. Just get creative!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We don't care what you wear as long as it is somewhat formal. Just FYI, he ceremony is taking place in our church and the wedding party will be wearing formal attire. Bridesmaids are wearing long dresses and groomsmen are black suit and tie.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, obviously. We will provide Miller light, Yeunglling Lager, Bud light, wine, and two mixed drinks provided.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There aren't many hotels close to New Baltimore. Check out the Travel link at the top of the page to see information about some options. Shawnee Motel is the closest at about 15 minutes away. Bedford is about 25 minutes away. Feel free to look into other hotels in Bedford or Somerset depending on what is more convenient for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is apparently one Bedford taxi. His phone number is 814-623-2122. I also hear that people have been using Uber in Bedford recently. Other than this, there is no public transportation. Sorry! Please make sure you have a DD ahead of time!
