Venue is still legally operating at 50% capacity, and the wedding is still on for 8/15. Safety Measures: Mask required unless eating/drinking Security taking temperatures Bathroom attendant monitor # of guests in bathroom & clean after guest exits Security monitoring # of guests standing at bar Plated dinner to avoid additional contact @ buffet lines Appetizers plated individually No glasses reused, cups with lids for guests that are drinking & dancing to allow additional protection of drink from germs Servers won't bus tables until all guests have gotten up, trays will be in areas to place used glasses throughout the night vs. bussers grabbing Chairs sanitized after ceremony Ceremony seating in groups of 6 with 2 chairs between each group Hand sanitizer throughout venue Dinner tables no more than 10 people, seating guests together that are families or people that have seen each other recently Early bus leaves after ceremony & dinner for any guest that doesn't want to stay for dancing

Cocktail attire. The wedding ceremony and reception is all indoor, with a few cocktail tables set up outside.

You can RSVP online through this Zola website. Please select the RSVP tab above, and find your reservation. We ask all RSVPs be sent and finalized by July 15th.

Parking

Answer

We highly recommend that you Uber/Lyft as we don't want any of our loved ones drinking and driving <3. If you choose to drive, there is a 48 spot parking lot attached to the venue.

Transportation

Answer

There will be two shuttle busses from Hotel Van Zandt to Brodie Homestead at 6:10 PM, and 6:40 PM for hotel guests. There will be one early shuttle from Brodie Homestead back to Hotel Van Zandt at 10 PM for any guests that would like to turn in early. We do hope you can stay though!! :) There will be two shuttle buses from Brodie Homestead to Hotel Van Zandt after the wedding at 11:30 PM. After party will be at Clive on Rainey Street, next door to the hotel for anyone that would like to continue the party. We sure will!

Kids

Answer

We politely request no children at our ceremony and reception. We want all of our guests to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about their little ones! If you need help locating child care for the wedding, we are happy to help point you in the right direction locally.

Dietary restrictions

We will have vegetarian and vegan options for those with dietary restrictions. If this is something you require, please text Erin at 512-501-9999, no later than July 15th.
