Nashville Airport (BNA)

For those guests traveling from outside of Tennessee, the closest and most convenient airport to fly into is the Nashville International Airport (BNA). This airport services almost every major airline, with many direct flights from locations such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Phoenix, Dallas, Miami, New York and more. The wedding venue is 74 miles from the airport, so we would suggest renting a car, especially if you plan to stay in the area for multiple days. Upon arrival to Nashville, renting a car should be fairly simple with multiple rental car carriers located directly at the airport for ease of drop off and pick up. If renting a car is not convenient for you, Uber, Lyft and other ride share services will service the airport for any of your transportation needs.

Other Lodging Options

Other hotel options in Nashville and surrounding areas are always an option, but we will only have a hotel block at the hotel listed near our venue. If you wish to utilize a hotel in another city, those accommodations will be at your discretion but we are always a text or phone call away if you need any suggestions. If a hotel isn't your cup of tea, there are multiple options for lodging with Air BNB and VRBO that you are more than welcome to research. Travel Note

Parking & Transport

The venue has a large area for parking that will hold all vehicles that choose to drive to the event. There are parking spots directly in front of the reception hall that are labeled for vendors and we kindly ask that you do not use any of these spots. There are handicapped accessible parking spots available. However, you are not able to leave your car overnight in this parking lot so please make arrangements to move your vehicle, carpool or utilize rideshare to get home after the event!
