What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will start at four o'clock in the afternoon, so we suggest arriving between three-thirty and three-forty-five to have ample time to park your vehicle and find a seat.

Where will the events take place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors in the chapel, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors with a covered patio, and the reception will be held indoors in the reception space. The entire event will take place on the same property - so there will be no need to move your vehicle or have any change in location!

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Please see the travel section of the website for all questions and answers relating to traveling, parking and transportation to the wedding.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We will have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn McMinnville, which is about 15 minutes from the venue. We will have rooms blocked from October 1st-October 4th 2025. To book under our block, you may call the hotel directly at (931) 473-0009 with the dates you plan to stay and the group code, or you go to Hilton.com and search your dates of stay and put the group code in under "special rates" to find the block as well. You have until September 1st, 2025 to book your hotel room with our block, otherwise the held rooms will be released to the general public. Our group code is: BBW

Absolutely!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal/cocktail attire. There is no color requirement for guests.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in shades of green, brown and taupe. The groomsmen will be in grey suits. We know some people don't want to wear the same colors as the wedding party but in all reality, we do not care! Please wear whatever color your heart desires!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let our photographer handle the picture taking for the ceremony, that way you can be present and enjoy the ceremony as much as we hope you will! After the ceremony, take as many photos as you want to help us remember the day!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" or your spouse/significant other/children(s) name(s) are listed, then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those on your invitation.

Can I bring my children to your wedding?

Answer

If your child is invited to the wedding, it will be clearly stated on your invitation. If your child is not listed, we kindly request that only the people on your invitation are who you bring to attend our wedding :)

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

We will have appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet dinner, both provided by Hummingbird Events. We hope you're ready to eat!

What if I have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our menu will have options for all types of diets. If you have any allergies or significant dietary concerns, please reach out to the bride or groom to help assist you. There will be an option when you RSVP to inform us of any dietary needs.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We will have specialty cocktails, beer, wine and seltzers served to guests. The bar will be open and we hope you enjoy yourselves! Cheers!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP section on our website to fill out your official RSVP. This section will become available once we send our official invitations. There will also be a QR code on your invitation. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than August 22nd, 2025.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 22nd, 2025. This information will be listed on your invitation as well. Unfortunately, if you do not respond by this date we will have to mark you as unable to attend. Our vendors require a head count 30 days prior to the wedding which determines all other external factors. We hope you understand and hope you will be there to celebrate with us!
