Question

Is there a shuttle for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be two shuttles from the Aloft to The Balcony. They will depart from the Aloft at 3:15 and 3:45. Space is limited, so please take the necessary steps to ensure you are at The Balcony by 4:00.

How will I get home from the wedding?

Answer

That's up to you! The Aloft is about a 7 minute walk from The Balcony, so if you want to experience Downtown Orlando on a Saturday night, feel free to stretch your legs! If your feet hurt from all the dancing at the reception, don't worry! There will be a shuttle making multiple trips from The Balcony to the Aloft, beginning around 10:20pm and ending around 11. If you are not coming to the Aloft to continue the party after the reception, Uber and Lyft are both plentiful in downtown.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking near the venue where you can pay to park. Below are detailed instructions on where parking is available and how to access the venue. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Who knows?? It's Florida, so anything is possible. As long as it doesn't rain and it isn't too windy, the ceremony will be outside. Our venue is on the 11th story of a building in downtown Orlando, so there is usually a steady breeze. We recommend bringing a jacket or other appropriate attire to keep yourself warm. The Welcome Party on Friday night will also be outside, so temperatures could easily dip into the 50s (which is cold in Florida!) so be sure to dress warm for that as well.

What will I be eating at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be catered by Gringos Locos Tacos. While it may not be traditional wedding food, it is one of our favorite places to grab an easy and delicious dinner, and is consistently voted as some of the best tacos in town! Vegetarian tacos or salads can be made, but the caterers will be unable to take special requests for allergies.

What will I be drinking at the wedding?

Anything you'd like! We will have a full open bar, and we invite you to make good use of it!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
