Travel Note
If you plan on flying, you may arrange pick-up to and from the airport and hotel. Otherwise you are more than welcome to rent a car from the airport. A shuttle service for the airport will be available by reservation only. Please keep in mind, prices fluctuate and we do not have a discount offered for the shuttle service or car rental. There is an additional car rental option near the venue if you would like to explore the city of Jamestown, NY during your stay. Lastly, a separate shuttle service to and from the wedding venue will be provided for ALL guests, as there is no parking at the venue. The pick-up and drop-off location is The Hampton Inn & Suites. All shuttle, car rental, and wedding day shuttle schedule details are provided in this section of our website. We appreciate your flexibility and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Once you have your final flight details, you can book a shuttle via phone or online to schedule your pick-up and/or drop-off. Please try to carpool! Each van holds 6 passengers at a time. If you have any questions, please reach out to the shuttle company directly.
Rental Car
If you plan to fly and would like to explore the city, we suggest renting a vehicle ahead of time. This rental location MAY be cheaper than renting from the Buffalo International Airport. This location is less than 4 miles away from The Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel can coordinate a cab to bring you to Enterprise OR Enterprise may provide pick-up service. If you have any questions, please reach out to Enterprise directly.

There is no parking available at the venue. All guests will park at The Hampton Inn & Suites (4 West Oak Hill Road Jamestown, NY). Shuttle service will begin at 5:30pm. Please don’t wait for the last shuttle, we can’t wait to see everyone and would be sad for a delay!
