Will dinner be served?

Answer

No - As this is an evening wedding, we will be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvre, beer, and wine after the ceremony. We encourage all wedding guests to visit our “Things To Do” section of our website for a full list of restaurants to enjoy before the wedding at 7pm.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes - The ceremony and reception is located on the Brown’s property.

Will there be restrooms available?

Answer

Yes - We have rented comfortable restrooms for all guests for the duration of the ceremony and reception.

Can I park at the venue for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No - Unless previously arranged by the bride’s family, all wedding guests will park their vehicles at the Hampton Inn & Suites where a shuttle will provide transportation services to and from.

The shuttle service from the hotel to the venue is scheduled with enough time to get all wedding guests to the ceremony before it begins at 7pm.

Yes - The Hampton Inn & Suite of Jamestown, NY. There is a hotel block for the Brown/Pope Wedding.

Recommendation - Semi-Formal. Please take into consideration the weather as the wedding is outside under a tent.
