Like the good Millennials they are, Chelsea and Chris met on Tinder in fall of 2016. They enjoyed many rounds of drinks at "Bell in Hand" bar in Boston on 11/2/16 during game 7 of the World Series. As you Cubs fans know, the game went into extra innings, which led to even more drinks. It was a bit of a slow burn from there as Chelsea was still a fairly new flight attendant with an inconsistent schedule. The two took their first trip together in May 2017 to Peru and the rest was history! 372 flights, 50 states, 50 National Parks, 29 Ballparks, 16 countries, 3 years of living together and 1 pandemic later, they've decided to tie the knot!

After a few months of enjoying our engagement and much deliberation about what seemed like the most authentic and fun wedding for us, we’ve decided to exchange private vows on top of a mountain near our cabin in Maine on 8/17/23! Though we’ve opted to keep our ceremony intimate (just us 2 and a photographer), we absolutely want to celebrate this milestone with our nearest and dearest! We will be hosting a reception on Sunday, August 27th at Lamplighter Brewing Company in Cambridge, MA- Cambridge Crossing (CX) Location. There will be music, games, lunch, sweet treats and of course beer!

We are striving to give out-of-towners the opportunity to travel 'Chelsea and Chris' style! This entails doing things as efficiently as possible so you don't have to miss any school or work. If you follow us on social media, you've probably gathered that we enjoy going to ball games and breweries when visiting new cities. So, we've planned a weekend with those exact opportunities! Keep an eye out for C&C® as an annotation for the travel choices we'd personally make. The underlying motto when we travel is, “do the things you're supposed to do in the places you're supposed to do them." Check out the 'Things to Do' tab to see what would be on our agenda if we were exploring Boston. On the other hand, if you have time for a longer trip, we encourage you to explore New England– Nantucket, Portland, Providence and Acadia National Park are all excellent side trip options!! We know you all lead busy lives with varying amounts of responsibilities. We understand that it might be particularly difficult for the west coasters and those with young children to be available for our special day- please do not feel obligated to over extend yourself. That being said, you are welcome to attend ANY part of the weekend that is feasible for you. Your presence is the best present we could ever ask for, gifts are not necessary.
