My little sister is a force of nature: juggling 4+ jobs, getting straight A’s in college, leading the UMaine dance team, dance club, and 2 honor societies, receiving countless awards for her hard work, and helping to take care of 3 ill family members in her limited free time (I’m sure I’m forgetting a lot more in that list). Abby goes above and beyond for those she loves, and I am so grateful to have her help in planning our wedding!

Ceilya Cooley

Bridesmaid

A fellow UMF Beaver, Ceilya is one of my best friends. She has a heart of gold, always checking in and always up for trivia or a game night. She has the best sense of humor and also motivates me to go to the gym…even when I try to use every excuse in the book NOT to go 😂 She is engaged to Spencer—one of Jesse’s groomsmen. Everyone should have a Ceilya in their lives!

Allyson Gilbert

Officiant/Bridesmaid

I met Ally through Jesse when they first started working together, and I immediately knew she was someone I wanted to know better. Ally is always up for an adventure, no matter how crazy or far away. I love our monthly date nights we make sure to schedule! She is an incredible teacher (she has a tree costume and tree-themed activities for Arbor Week, HELLO) and friend.

Megan Winkel

I met Megan in my first teaching job, but we became close when Covid first hit during our outside socially-distanced ice cream dates! I don’t know who I love more—Megan or her 3 sweet kiddos 😉 I love getting to spend time with Megan and her family. She is an incredible role model for who I aspire to be when I am a wife and a mom!

Jillian Byers

Bridesmaid

Jillian is my longest friend—we go back all the way to preschool! Even though we went to different elementary and middle schools, we had sleepovers all the time and were SO excited when got to see each other every day at the same high school. Jillian recently moved back to Maine, and my heart is SO happy my sweet friend is home!
