During your stay, you can walk or bike along the city walls, explore the historic center, climb Torre Guinigi for amazing views, and enjoy delicious local food and wine in its cozy piazzas.
Pisa
Pisa is just a short 20–30 minute trip from Lucca, making it a perfect option for a quick day trip. Of course, it’s home to the iconic Leaning Tower, but you can also explore the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli, visit the Pisa Cathedral, stroll along the Arno River, and enjoy charming cafés and local shops throughout the city.

Tuscany is famous for its wine, and Lucca is the perfect place to experience it! Whether you're interested in a guided tasting, a vineyard tour, or a hands-on wine class, there are several great options nearby, including Tenuta Adamo Winery and Fattoria Al Dotto Lucca.
