Maui has a little bit of everything we love- beautiful beaches, amazing sunsets, fresh island food, and plenty of adventures. From snorkeling with sea turtles and driving the Road to Hana to just relaxing with a drink by the ocean. Its a place that always feels special to us, and we're so excited to share it with you!

Haleakalā National Park

A great day trip up to the top of the volcano! You can go anytime of day but you can also try to watch the sunrise or sunset there! You can get a permit to watch the sunrise on the summit of the volcano. In order to view sunrise at Haleakalā National Park, you will need to make a reservation ahead of time. Reservations can be made online up to 60 days in advance of your sunrise visit on recreation.gov and are only valid for the day reserved. These tickets are released at 7:00 am HST. A portion of reservations for any given day will be released 2 days (48 hours) in advance A visitor may only purchase one sunrise reservation per three-day period. It is cold at the top of the volcano, but it is really cool trip to take!

Molokini Crater is a partially submerged, extinct volcanic crater located between Maui and Kahoʻolawe in Hawaii, famous for its clear waters and vibrant marine life, which make it a premier destination for snorkeling, scuba diving, and snuba. You can book a snorkeling or diving tour out to the crater.

They have amazing helicopter tours over Maui. Will take you up close to waterfalls and sea cliffs from up high. We have even spotted whales!

Shelby and Bryan's favorite beach to watch the sunset at. Bordered by several upscale resorts, free parking between the resorts and you can take a walk along the paved walkway by the resorts and around the cliffs. During the day it can get crowded but in the evenings its perfect. There is a public parking lot located between the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea resorts. We like to even walk around inside the resort hotels!

Mama's Fish House is popular for its unique combination of a stunning beachfront location, a menu focused on extremely fresh, locally sourced seafood, and exceptional service, all contributing to a high-end, memorable fine-dining experience that many consider a quintessential Maui experience. Reservation in advance is required.

Hana Highway

The Road to Hana is a 50–65 mile scenic drive on Maui, known for its narrow, winding roads, single-lane bridges, and lush rainforests with waterfalls and black sand beaches. You'll need a small vehicle, to fill up on gas, snacks, and water beforehand, and an early start to avoid crowds. Consider doing a tour!

Paia

Paia town, Paia secret beach and Baldwin park beach. It's a small town and two nice beaches close by. Paia town is a must visit and walk around.

Waiakapuhi Lava Field

Lava field at the end of south Maui. Ideal for hiking for a few miles or even just driving through to see the lava! Drive south until dead end. Past the venue. There is also a nice beach just before the lava called wailea-Makena!
