Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends that are walking down the aisle with us.

Rachel Bosovich

Maid of Honor

My life was going so smoothly. I had complete run of the house and all the attention a girl could ever want. Then, my parents mess it up by having Rachel. That setback aside, I can't imagine my life without her. You would think it would be the older sister that shows the younger one the ropes, but in our case, Rachel has taught me more about life than anyone else. I love her so incredibly much and am so lucky to have her by my side every day.

Cameron Hagen

Best Man

Cameron was among the first people that I met at Iowa State and we were friends early on. However, he didn't rise to Best Man level status until after college when we lived together in Ankeny, before he moved to Minneapolis (Thanks Katie). We've got the same philosophy on a good time: You've got to be outside and you've got to be willing to put in some effort. A nice view doesn't hurt either.

Abbey Rose

Bridesmaid

There really isn't one good way to describe Abigail Rose; she doesn't just fit neatly into one category. She is unique in so many different, perfect ways. We complement each other so well so it is no surprise she has been one of my best friends since we were 14 years old. There is nothing I can't (and probably haven't) talked about with Abbey.

Allen Tessmer

Groomsman

If I need someone to talk to at 2 in the morning, Allen's the guy. He's up anyway, so it's cool. Someday I think we'll start a business together, but so far every time we try we just end up playing golf and drinking vodka lemonades. He tells a great story, just make sure you've got about 45 minutes to spare if you want to hear one.

Emily Bowen

Bridesmaid

Now when they say opposites attract they aren't referring to husband and wife. They are talking about Emily Bowen and me. She wants to go camping and I want to lounge at a resort. She's never on time and I'm never late. She carries around a fanny pack with essential oils and I make sure my purse has extra lipstick options. In spite of that (or maybe because) we have been inseparable since high school. It's a good thing too, because she's the reason I met Alex (who also likes to camp, c'mon really).

Todd Johnson

Groomsman

Todd might only be five months older than me but I think he's who I want to be when I grow up. There are two types of people in the world. Those that have something good to say about Todd Johnson, and those who haven't met him.

Emily Davey

Bridesmaid

Emily and I were sorority sisters at Iowa State. Those damn chants still haunt our dreams from time to time. After college we worked together at Make-A-Wish. I have always thought Emily was one of the most genuine and caring people I had ever met. So it made all the sense in the world when she became a nurse last year. I am very lucky to have someone like her in my corner.

Mark Stratman

Groomsman

Mark was my first great friend when I got to college. We may have bonded more over our shared vices than our shared virtues, but that will happen when you're 18. For better or worse (most would probably say worse) Mark has helped shape my personality from college to this day.

Lauren O'Brien

Bridesmaid

Lauren is the latest addition to my inner circle. We met a few years ago at an Iowa State game watch. It might have taken all of five minutes to realize we were incredibly similar. Charcuterie eating, martini loving, plan everything down to the last detail type of women. I can see us at about 80 years old still sipping dirty martinis, dancing around (we have cool moves, you'll see them soon), and making each other laugh.

Brandon Ziemba

Groomsman

Brandon's always been a little too easy going. But, I probably need someone like that to make sure I don't take life too seriously. He'll always be the guy to remind me that whatever problem we get into, "It'll buff."

Cory Bryant and Josh Knust

Usher

I didn't get to really know these two until after college when we all lived in Des Moines. Here's the thing, if we all end up living in Des Moines our whole lives, these are the guys I'm meeting up with weekly to play golf, drink light beer, and talk about how annoying our wives think we are.

For all the days along the way
