Attire recommendations: garden party / picnic attire
Wear whatever colors and prints your heart desires (and yes, you can wear any amount of white). Sundresses, flowy jumpsuits, lightweight pants/shorts, button-up shirts, polos, etc would all be great options. Keep the weather in mind and select shoes suitable for walking on grass.
The couple will be more dressy for the ceremony, but the bride plans on changing into a swimsuit and her dad's old wedding t-shirt shortly after. Bring your beach bag with swimsuits and towels if you also plan on enjoying lake activities!
Although there will be a warm campfire at the end of the night, consider bringing a sweater or sweatshirt for the cooler night air.
