We love this brewery and the themed beers they come out with for Star Wars, Harry Potter, Halloween, and more. The outside seating is open and pet-friendly.
Harn Museum of Art
Our campus has a lovely art museum with exhibits that change often and is well worth visiting!
Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History
UF's Museum of Natural History is a great way to spend the day! The Butterfly Rainforest exhibit is a walk-through "rainforest" where butterflies fly freely for you to admire. Keep in mind though, that if it is cold outside the butterflies may not be as active!
Formaggio's Bistro & Wine Bar
We've had so many dates and anniversaries here! The food is wonderful! Make sure you get a cheese board!

A fantastic Gainesville brewery with outside seating that often has live music.

Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park
For a great nature hike (beware: there are a lot of stairs)
