Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a bus service that will pick guests up at the Hood River Inn parking lot at 3:00pm. The bus will return guests to the Hood River Inn at 10:00pm. We will be asking guests to RSVP to the shuttle service when we are collecting RSVPs for the wedding.

How do I get to the venue? *Maps on phones/GPS don't get you there correctly*

Answer

From Portland Take Hood River exit 64 off I-84. That puts you on Hwy 35 headed south. Go approximately 15 miles. Smullin Rd is 1.3 mi past the Mt Hood Country store (on the left). Slow down when you see a sign for Toll Bridge Park. Smullin is the next road to the left just past the brown sign that says Oak Ridge Trailhead next left. Follow Smullin 1 mi until it deadends into our gravel road From Bend, Mt Hood, south Follow Hwy 26 until it intersects w Hwy 35 headed north to Hood River. Smullin Rd is approximately 25 mi from this point and 15 mi from the entrance to Mt Hood Meadows. When you see the sign for Baseline Dr (brown sign w info for Mt Hood Railroad, etc) which goes to the left, you are approximately 1 mi from Smullin Rd. Turn right on Smullin Rd (just past the state highway maintenance yard) and go 1 mi until it dead ends into our gravel road The addresses make no sense on our road so just ignore them. Park in the visitors parking on your left across from the yellow house.

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your envelope. They will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding unless they are formally invited on your invitation.

What time should I get to the wedding?

Answer

Guests should arrive no later than 3:30pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

You can either text Jessica (719)338-0787 or Brian (303)817-7697 or you can enter that information once you RSVP on the wedding website.
