The Mount Hood Railroad offers an unforgettable train journey through the scenic valleys of the Columbia River Gorge in the shadow of Mt. Hood in Oregon. We plan to have drinks here the afternoon before the wedding! We will be in the outdoor part of the restaurant which is a large meadow with picnic tables. They serve wine from the vineyard, beer from their brewery and sometimes have pizza! Dogs on leashes are welcome. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets as there are no reservations for the meadow part of the restaurant. There is often live music on Saturday nights. It tends to get pretty busy so plan to show up early. If you would like a sit down dinner with more menu options- you can make a reservation for the inside part of the restaurant.

Wedding

YAY! Join us for the wedding ceremony which begins promptly at 4pm (guests should arrive around 3:30pm). Following the ceremony will be the reception. A family style dinner will be served with meat, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Beer and wine will be served throughout the event. Plan to bring those dancing shoes and get ready to dance the night away! A shuttle will transport guests to and from the venue. It will depart for the wedding at 3pm from the Hood River Inn at the main parking lot and will return guests to the Hood River Inn at 10pm. Guests are also free to drive themselves to the venue, but cars must be picked up by 10am the next day. The venue is about 25 minutes from downtown Hood River.
