Fredericksburg is full of history! Check it out!
Sunken Road

Sunken Road

Sunken Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22401

This is the Fredericksburg Battlefield for all history lovers. It is one of three battlefields in the area and a simple walk on a nice day.

Benny Vitali's

Benny Vitali's

722 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401
, (540) 368-1690

Benny's is one of the best pizza restaurants in town. It is located in Downtown Fredericksburg and has possibly the largest slices of pizza in town. It's a huge tourist attraction!

National Museum of the Marine Corps

18900 Jefferson Davis Highway, Triangle, VA 22172
, (703) 432-1775

About an hour north of Fredericksburg, but a nice museum, full of history.

Chatham Manor

120 Chatham Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
, (540) 693-3200

Just across the river, Chatham is beautiful any time of year. Atop the hill gives a great view of the small city!

Kenmore

1201 Washington Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA 22401
, (540) 373-3381

Kenmore was one plantation owned by George Washington's sister (Betty)'s husband. When most people think of Fredericksburg, they think of the Civil War, since there are so many battlefields, but there's actually quite a bit of Revolutionary History as well!

For all the days along the way
