The RSVP deadline is the 29th of April, 2025. Please if you can, attempt to RSVP before the deadline. This gives us enough time to work with our vendors so each and everyone who wishes to attend will be counted for. Save The Date cards were dispersed in advance, giving guests notice for the event location and date. Unfortunately, late RSVPs will not be accepted.
Unfortunately due to venue restrictions, we are only able to cater to a limited number of people. In order to include our most cherished family and friends, only those named/addressed on the invitation envelopes are invited to attend this event. Thankyou for your understanding.
As much as we adore all the little ones in our lives, we kindly request that this is an adults event with the exception of the bride and grooms immediate family only. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you require our discretion concerning newborns or nursing infants. Additionally, We have provided a list of trusted babysitting services in the Port Douglas area on the travel tab of our website. Thankyou for your understanding.
We kindly request that you dress in semiformal or cocktail attire to celebrate our special day. Please avoid wearing white, light or sky blue, ivory, creams and beige. Thankyou for understanding and we cant wait to celebrate with everyone!
Limited seating will be provided for the duration of the ceremony. There will be reserved seats and we kindly ask to respect the reserved seats. If you do require seating, please contact us directly.
Transport will be provided for those who need transportation from the ceremony to the reception starting at 4pm. Taxi services and transport options will be available to order from the reception and will not be provided by the bride and groom. Transport options have been listed in the travel section on our website.
Please know that gifts are not expected and due to the nature of our destination wedding, we would love to create lifelong memories instead of receiving physical gifts. Your presence and celebration with us mean the world, and any contribution to our future together is truly a gift. In lieu of a traditional registry, we have chosen to have a wishing well at our wedding. Please do not feel obligated to give. However, should you feel inclined, we are very much looking forward to our honeymoon and any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and on grass.
The weather may be warm/humid on the day. Water, shade and paper hand fans will be provided.
Yes, the reception bar will be open for a range of beer, wine and spirits. The beverage package finishes at 9pm however, you can still purchase your own drinks from then.
The menu for the reception will be alternate drop. Canapes are also provided and will start at 5:30pm. If you have any dietary restrictions or requirements, we kindly ask to let us know in the RSVP or by contacting us directly as soon as possible.
