Cody, Wyoming - the route to Yellowstone's East Gate - is the closest airport to our home in Greybull, WY, and second closest airport to Red Lodge, an hour long drive. If you choose to adventure in Yellowstone, check out the cowboys at the nightly rodeo, or take in all of the history of the West at the Buffalo Bill Center of The West museum, or would like to check out things around us in Grebyull this may be the airport for you! We are often in Cody for errands and such, so reach out if you need recommendations.

Bozeman, MT is one of the most desirable mountain towns of the West. A bit further away, with a two hour drive to Red Lodge. The Bozeman area has a ton to offer in terms of things to do, indoors and outdoors. Sorry, Yellowstone fans, the show isn’t even filmed there. And no, we don’t watch it.
Travel Note
Please keep in mind that there is no ride share service in the town of Red Lodge. If you’re looking to coordinate rides to and from the airport, the dinner event, or any of the outings preceding please reach out to Bonnie or Kyle directly.
Hotel
We will not be reserving rooms at any specific location as we know a lot of folks may be interested in camping, home rentals, and other options. But there are no shortage of terrific lodging options in Red Lodge; including the historic Pollard Hotel which is within walking distance of the venue. Link to the Chamber of Commerce’s list of options included here.
House Or Rental
For those traveling with other friends and family, we recommend a shared space in Red Lodge via any home share site. We’ve stayed in countless options via Air BnB over the years and have not been disappointed. *If you do so and are planning to bring your furry family with, please BEAR in that there are active bears and mountain lions in the area, your dog(s) should not be left unattended in yards for any extended period of times.
House Or Rental
Camping is always an option if it’s up to us! There are some terrific options for both established hard-side sites as well as dispersed camping options all over the Beartooth Mountains. National Forest link included here, but there is a KOA and other similar campgrounds in the area.
