Things To Do

In town for a few days? Here's the best Sydney has to offer (in our very humble opinions). Highly recommend booking tables for dinner in advance. Terrible odds for walk-ins.

Great breakfast options

1. A.P House - Surry Hills Great pastries, fun rooftop vibe, can't go wrong. 2. Iggy's Bread + Cafe 143 - Bronte Pastries and coffee perfect to take along for a coastal walk. 3. Pina - Potts Point Great potato rosti if you are into potatoes. 4. Happyfield - Haberfield A jazzed up McDonald's breakfast - personal BK favourite.

Places to eat for the rest of the day

1. Nour - Surry Hills Modern Middle Eastern/Lebananese. Super fun, great food. Batata harra to die for (maybe the best small mouthful of potato I've ever had). 2. Bella Brutta - Newtown Solid choice for pizza. Clam pizza a bit left field but popular option. Round off with Mapo gelato next door. 3. Marrickville Pork Roll - various locations across the city A Sydney institution. Must not miss if you eat sandwiches. 4. Neptune's Grotto - City Strong city Italian option. Didn't think I was one for veal schnitzels but here I am. 5. BISTECCA - City Guaranteed good time if you like a steak. It's cooked right in front of you!! With fire!!

Fun things to do

If you run out of things to do after seeing the local tourist attractions: 1. Carriageworks Farmers Markets Saturday farmer's market - start your weekend right. 2. Catch the ferry on a nice day Recommend Rose Bay to Circular Quay route - sit outside at the front for an extra windy experience. 3. Bush tucker tour at the Botanic Gardens Haven't done it but seems pretty fun - plus it's a great walk through the Botanic Gardens any day. 4. Bondi to Bronte Walk A classic tour on foot of the east coast. You'll get to see sand, sea, cliff and Bondi beach babes. Sunscreen, hat and water bottle a must!!! 5. Hermitage Foreshore Walk High value low effort walk for great views of the harbour, pretty close to public transport.

For all the days along the way
