Hampton Inn Plover-Stevens Point

Accommodations for the wedding will include a reserved block of rooms at Hampton Inn Plover - Stevens Point. If calling, make sure to mention “Boneck Wedding” to receive a group discount. All reservations need to be made by 11.04.2026 to receive our group discount. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Since our ceremony starts at 3:30 PM, we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to request early check-in if you’re arriving the day of the wedding. They’ll do their best to accommodate, but it is subject to availability. The following steps you will need to take when booking online: - Go to Hilton.com or click the "view" button below - Under the search bar you need to type in Plover WI - For the Arrival Date and Departure Date, you need to put specific date of your arrival and departure - Under "Special Rate" you need to type in WDB for the Group Code box - Click search, and the Hampton Inn Plover will come up with the Group Rate of $109 - When you click on our specific Hotel, you can choose between the 1-Queen or 2-Queen beds.

Xtreme Party Bus

Complimentary shuttle service will run between the hotel, Hampton Inn and venue, Rooted in Red. Please note that the bus has a 28-person capacity, so seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Departures to Venue: 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM Departures to Hotel: 10:00 PM & 10:45 PM Parking: On-site & overnight parking is available at Rooted in Red. For those leaving vehicles, please ensure they are picked up by noon on Saturday, 12.05.26. *The shuttle will depart promptly at the times listed above to stay on schedule.
