Charlotte Douglas International Airport

The easiest and most convenient airport to fly into will be the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. There is also a small regional airport, in Concord, North Carolina, that may have some flights as well depending on where you are traveling from!

Lodging Opportunities

Unfortunately we were only able to secure a room block at The Wingate by Wyndham Charlotte Speedway/Concord. However, there are several hotels within the same vicinity. Check out hotels located on Gateway Lane or just up the road on Scott Padgett Parkway including a Residence Inn, Embassy Suites and a Courtyard by Marriott if you are in need of a different place to stay. These hotels are located approximately 9 miles from the wedding venue. We will have a shuttle running from this area to and from The Hotel Concord for the wedding.
