Where should I stay?

While The Hotel Concord isn't a hotel, we've arranged convenient room blocks at a nearby hotel. A shuttle service will be available to transport guests between this hotel and our wedding venue. For the most up-to-date travel details, please check the travel tab as our wedding date approaches.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking for our wedding is conveniently located in the City of Concord Parking Garage directly across from the venue. To help minimize traffic and parking challenges, we recommend carpooling or using rideshare services. For added convenience, we'll be providing a shuttle service between the hotel and wedding venue to ensure easy transportation for all our guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

We would like to request our guests to wear formal attire. For the men, a suit and tie is preferred. For the women, a nice midi or floor length dress is preferred. Please reserve any shades of white for the bride.
