Saturday morning from 10am-1pm - a lovely way to experience Knoxville at its best. We especially recommend the stands from VG's Bakery and Small Comforts Kitchen (GF bakery!).
Xul Beer Company
We've been here many times and it's a favorite! Don't miss the PB&J beer, and if you're hungry the smashburgers from the food truck can't be beat!
Cruze Farm Ice Cream - Downtown Knoxville
A Knoxville favorite - you can't go wrong! Cate's favorite is a sweet cream/chocolate twist with cherry dip and John loves a peanut butter churn.
Aretha Frankensteins
Our favorite brunch spot, across the river from downtown in South Knoxville. We had brunch here the day John proposed, and love to bring visitors. You HAVE to try these pancakes!
Boyd’s Jig and Reel
A great spot for food, beer, and whiskey. We went here on several of our early dates, and often end up here after shows because the kitchen is open until midnight. It's a great spot for lunch or late-night food.
A Dopo Sourdough Pizza
We celebrated our engagement here! This is one of our favorite spots in Knoxville - but the whole city seems to agree, so reservations are recommended!
Ijams Nature Center
A beautiful spot for a walk or hike.
