What should I wear?

Cocktail attire is requested for the ceremony and reception. Cocktail attire is usually considered to be a step down from formalwear. Think suits, dress pants & blazer, dresses, jumpsuits. We want you to feel your best and dress to celebrate!

Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

Parking in downtown Knoxville can be tricky, but there are a lot of options near the Emporium. We recommend street parking on Gay Street and on the bridge, or the Jackson Ave Lot located at 400 W Jackson Ave. Ubers are plentiful in Knoxville, so if parking at your hotel or housing is easiest it is easy to catch a ride to and from the reception venue!

Dietary Restrictions at the the reception

Answer

If you submitted a dietary restriction with your RSVP, the caterer has a list with your name and your specific dietary needs. Just give your name to the catering attendant at the buffet and they will get your plate made to accommodate your needs. If foods on the buffet are safe for you to eat, they'll direct you to them. If you did not submit a restriction with your RSVP, please email us at johnandcatewedding@gmail.com ASAP to let us know your needs!
