Travel and Hotels
Portland has a very convenient airport PWM that is 5-10 minutes from most hotels and downtown. Flying into Boston is also an option and you can book a Concord Coach bus ticket that picks you up at baggage claim and is a straight shot to our transportation hub at Thompson's Point.
For hotels we recommend the Sheraton at Sable Oaks for the best balance of location/price/quality. There is also ample free parking.
If you if want to be close to the wedding venue, you can't get closer than The Francis. This hotel is an old mansion and only has 15 rooms, so it books fast. It is a bit pricier, but a killer location and has parking for hotel guests.
The Westin Portland Harborview is a short walk away from Wayside. If you want to be more downtown, our favorite in the heart of it all is The Press Hotel.
There are also plenty of AriBnB or VRBO options, but again, things can book fast in Portland in summer/fall, so if you find something you like, book it.
