Everyone has that person who is just as crazy as they are, right? Well Colleen is mine. In middle school we would go get a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream and share it outside on a bench. We may have also sat on my kitchen floor a few times eating nutella out of the jar with a spoon. We’ve done a couple road trips together, horseback riding through Bryce Canyon, skydiving, slingshot at the state fair, white water rafting…needless to say, we match 100% on adventure seeking. She’s the type of person that will call me out on my crap, and I’m sure she’ll tell me if I become a bridezilla.

We met in art class - clicked right away when we realized we both lived in Germany & knew the same people. We spent a lot of time riding bikes, taking pictures, having sleepovers and watching movies. She’s always been the more ‘sane’ one, and apparently I was a ‘bad influence’ in middle school. Haha She was there to welcome me to Texas when I moved to Houston, and go with me for my first tattoo. We had an amazing trip to Vegas, explored Austin & San Antonio on my layovers, brought in the 2017 New Year together, and had many visits in between. I happily stood by her side when she married the man of her dreams, and I’m excited that she’ll be by my side when I marry mine.

The one person who is undoubtedly crazier than I have ever been. We spent a lot of time in college throwing unforgettable house parties, and exploring Chattanooga, stopping every 10 minutes when we’d hear, “HEY GRANT!”. He has never met a stranger, and I guarantee you’ll see that firsthand at the wedding. He’s always encouraged me and been there for me through it all, even slept on the floor of my hospital room once. And he’s definitely the most adventurous friend I have...we went on a 2 week adventure through Europe where he had his armpits waxed for charity, and I’ve rushed him to the ER after slicing his foot open running naked around a bar for a Rugby tradition...he’s crazy.

Mumu and Kuku forever! This girl was truly like a sister in high school - stayed at our home many nights and Mom thought of her as a daughter, still does! She made high school bearable. We spent many hours taking selfies, playing with my ferret, jumping on the trampoline, going to shows, and walking around town. She helped me paint my room, and we both got yelled at for dripping paint on the carpet, and later, getting sharpie on Moms new couches. (oops!) We’re adults now and I still think of her as a sister. Over the last couple years we’ve made some great memories kayaking, camping, game nights, and many lunch dates, but we definitely don’t see each other nearly enough!

Our elementary school years were wonderful; so many sleepovers, birthday parties, karaoke, playing uno, grading papers for our 4th grade teacher, and so much more. We were pretty much connected at the hip, and thankfully we kept our friendship throughout the years. I was able to visit her in high school and spend some time together as wild teenagers in Germany. And a few years ago I was honored to be apart of her wedding. Since then I’ve had a few awesome visits to Seattle where we went sledding on Mt. Rainer, enjoyed a Rugby Bar Hop and went paddle boarding with a view of the city. I also had my first cake tasting with her and Grant in Seattle.

My cousin Matthew brought this wonderful girl into our lives and she fit right in with our family. I knew I liked her the moment I met her. She feels like a sister to me, and I know I can talk to her about anything. I grew up being the only girl in my generation, and while I enjoyed being spoiled, it’s so nice to have another girl in the mix! Plenty of fun experiences with her, including hiking, my first paddle boarding experience, exploring St. Louis, game nights, and most recently our family vacation to Germany! I also had the pleasure of standing by her side when she joined the family a couple years ago.

Bryan and Andrew go way back - in fact, Bryan was there to welcome Andrew into the world! They played hockey together, they fish, golf, and hunt... they’re just two peas in a pod who have shared a lifetime of adventures.

Bryan and Cody met back in the first grade and have been best friends ever since. They've shared many great memories together, and we are excited to have him as apart of our wedding.

Josh and Bryan (& Jacob) were roommates all throughout college. They’ve created all kinds of mischief and it will only continue...every night they’re together is a crazy night. Bryan stood by his side as he married his beautiful wife this past summer, and we’re excited to have him there for our big day!

Jacob and Bryan (& Josh) were roommates throughout college and somehow Jacob managed to tolerate Bryans mess! Bryan stood by Jacobs side as he married his beautiful wife and we’re excited that Jacob will be apart of our big day.

Luke and Bryan met sophomore year of high school while playing hockey, and then worked together at FunQuest. They were inseparable back then and they’ve remained close throughout the years.

Bryan and Alex met one day outside of our apartments - he was our neighbor a few buildings down. They became close real quick and then Alex and his now-wife moved across the country, but they’ve remained close and we enjoy visiting and exploring Portland with them.
