PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER

Transportation to and from the airport is complimentary if you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tour, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your included transfer to and from the airport. You must book your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 1 week before arrival. On your original email you received when you booked your room reservation, there is a direct link to book your transfer. If you cannot locate the email, you can email Seasons Tours directly. You'll need your hotel name, name on the reservation, reservation number, your flight details and # of guests in your group. PASSPORT

Passport You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to AUGUST 6, 2026. If your passport does expire within six months of your visit, you must renew your passport.
