Do I Have to Stay at Excellence Resort?
Answer
Yes! The Excellence requires you to stay on the property for a minimum of 3 days to attend the wedding. This also ensures for the best experience so you have access to all the amenities.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Due to capacity restrictions - we are asking that we personally know any guests or +1s. While we tried to account for any significant others, please let us know if we missed anyone and we'd be happy to discuss.

When should I Arrive and Depart?
Answer
Our discounted promocode is valid for reservations between February 3rd - 10th, 2027 with most guests planning to stay 3-6 nights. We'll arrive on February 3rd and depart on February 10th. You're welcome to stay as long as you would like. Note, the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay. To join all wedding events, we recommend arriving by midday Friday, February 5th. Wedding party please plan on arriving by midday Thursday, February 4th!

When should I book my room?
Answer
ASAP! There is no room block in place and rooms are expected to sell out as it gets closer to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site. Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival, and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room now.

What is the Dress Code?

The "Sunset Glow" Approach: We’d love for our guest photos to reflect the vibrant colors of the coast! We invite you to dress in shades of Sunset Orange, Tropical Pink, Leafy Green, Sunny Yellow, or Ocean Blue. Think breezy fabrics and bright, happy hues. At Davis' request - NO SUITS FOR THE MEN!! Button ups, linen, florals, colors - wear what you are comfortable in but would want to wear for a good picture or two :)

Do I Need to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, a RSVP is required and appreciated for everyone! It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating, meals, and beverages. In order for us to be able to accommodate you; you MUST RSVP prior to the deadline of November 1st 2026. We appreciate your understanding with this!

Are Children Welcome to the Wedding Ceremony and Reception?

While we love your little ones, it is an adults-only resort. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What is the Last Day to Book?
Answer
The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is December 3rd 2026! Any modifications after 12/3 will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which are much higher now. Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.
