What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start at 5 pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 4:45 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited and listed on your formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kid(s), the only children in attendance will be those of our immediate family. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out, relax, and have some fun!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at the Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, and the Strathallan - DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel. Please visit the travel section on our website for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue is located in the city of Rochester. With that said, parking on the city streets is free on the weekends (please read all street signs). If you are staying at one of the recommended hotels (view the travel section for more information on hotels) you can park there and they will shuttle you to/from the venue (the only hotel that does not have a shuttle is the Strathallan - DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel). If you are not staying at one of the recommended hotels and do not want to park on the city streets, please feel free to park at one of the nearby parking garages (~$10 for the day). There are two parking garages right across (one in front and one behind) the venue. We recommend parking at the Midtown Parking Garage (behind the venue) as the one in front of the venue closes at 11 pm and you will not be able to get your car out of there until Monday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at one of our recommended hotels (every hotel besides the Strathallan - DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel), there is a complimentary shuttle (this is on a first-come, first-served basis and each hotel shuttle operates at different times so please check the travel section for further information).

Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting everyone to wear formal attire for our wedding.
