Question

IS THERE AN OPTION TO TAKE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE WEDDING?

Answer

Yes! We currently have a shuttle lined up to take guests to and from the wedding venue leaving from the Marriott Amelia Island Hotel where the room block is located. Please be downstairs at the front at 3PM. The shuttle will depart shortly after. The shuttle will leave the wedding venue at the end of the reception at 10PM. Please arrange alternative transportation if you plan to leave earlier.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early. It will take additional time to check in at the security gate and navigate back through the neighborhood. The Ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM.

Question

Is Uber or other ride sharing an option on Amelia Island?

Answer

Yes. There are ride-sharing options that will allow you to get around Amelia Island without needing your own vehicle. "Affordable Transportation Company" has also be recommended as a taxi service, and they do offer service to / from the Jacksonville Airport. Here is their phone number: 904-556-2872

WHERE DO I PARK IF I WANT TO DRIVE TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

There is parking at Walker's Landing but we do encourage you to carpool if possible.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside under the oaks, while the reception will be held inside!

CAN I BRING A DATE/ +1?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with as many people as possible, our venue does not have the capacity to hold any more than those specified on the invitations. Guests specified on the invitations will also appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Question

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT WALKER'S LANDING?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to leave your car in the parking lot at Walker's Landing at the end of the night. Just make sure to get your car by 10am the next morning.
