Thank you so much for filling out our RSVP! Our wedding will take place in the ballroom of the Hofheimer building, which is the 2nd level. You can enter through the front door and use either the elevator or stairs to get to the ballroom- there will be signage to guide you along the way. For details on parking, please check our Hotels & Parking page. The venue has street parking only, and it's limited. Doors will open at 5:00pm, and after 5:25pm we will close them to proceed with the ceremony. To keep the ceremony from being disrupted, we will ask that all guests who arrive after the doors close please wait until the ceremony is over. Our decor will include lots of fresh florals and plants, so please let us know if you have any specific allergies!
Virtual Ceremony
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
For guests attending the ceremony virtually, we've arranged to have a laptop set up with a web camera and microphone during the ceremony. The virtual meeting will be held on Zoom. Guests will have their mics muted, but are welcome to use the chat. We won't be able to hop on the zoom call ourselves, but will love to read the saved chat logs after! If you have any questions about how it will work, you can reach us at schultzsheridankb@gmail.com, which is also the email we will be sending you the Zoom Meeting link from.
Ceremony

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in the Hofheimer venue. Please enter from the front door, and take either the elevator or stairs to the second level- there should be signage to guide you! We're so excited to see you and so happy to have you there as part of our wedding day.
Cocktail Hour

There will be some light bites, a cash bar, refreshments, board games and time to mingle while the wedding party takes photographs.
Reception

There will be a full buffet meal, a cash bar, wedding cake and a dessert table. There will also be some comfortable couches and seating, as well as a dance floor!
