Please join us on the Beach Patio Garden (directly behind the beach patio!) to kick off our wedding weekend with a warm welcome & a cold beverage! This is a time for us to say welcome to Mexico, and introduce everyone prior to the big day! ***Wedding Party*** We will leave this event about 5 minutes before it is over to go do the ceremony rehearsal at the Gazebo. We plan to make this short, sweet, & painless so that we can get back to the fun as soon as possible.
Rehearsal Dinner

Since this is a destination wedding, we would like to take every opportunity to spend time with our beloved family/friends. Therefore, the rehearsal dinner will be open to EVERYONE who is willing/able to attend! We will be running through the logistics and timing of the ceremony followed by dinner & cocktails. Please check back soon for the specific time/location of the rehearsal dinner!

Ceremony will take place at the Gazebo! * Gazebo overlooks the ocean but will not require guests to walk in sand on the beach. Please dress for HOT weather, being partially in the sun, & be prepared for about a 30 minute ceremony. We will keep it as brief as possible!* Please arrive early as we will be starting at 4:00pm sharp! Photographers will be present. Please no cell-phones during the ceremony!
Cocktail Hour | Reception

Immediately following the ceremony, ALL family members, please stay on the Infinity Deck for pictures! The sooner we get pictures done, the sooner we can move along to the reception (and get some shade)! All other guests, please proceed to the Central Garden for a cocktail hour while we finish family/bride and groom pictures! Then, it is time for dinner, dancing, & cocktails! **Please make us aware of any food allergies, sensitivities, or preferences so that we can make proper accommodations for your meal**

Pool Party!

Pool Attire!
To begin the celebration of our lives together, we are staying at the Hilton for one more day with everyone! We have rented a section of cabanas at the pool and would love to see everyone down there! We want to take this day to thank everyone for coming and to be STRESS FREE! Usually on Saturday's there is some type of big pool party, so it will be a big day to enjoy being poolside! We hope to see everyone there!
